The Continuous Glucose Monitor is considered for patients on insulin whose control is less than favourable, or who are being considered for alternative therapy i.e. Insulin Pump Therapy

Referrals will only be accepted from the Diabetes Medical team or from the Diabetes Specialist Nurse team. Clinics are held as follows:
1st appointment – Monday morning
2nd appointment – Thursday
